The quality of breakfast has noticeably declined compared to past visits, which was disappointing.

i can’t believe how bad the breakfast was, i almost choked on my disappointment. also, my shower was just a cold trickle—definitley not what i expected. is it too much to ask for a complimentary upgrade when these little things go wrong? i woudl ve been pleased to leave a good review, but alas, here we are.

The staff was genuinely welcoming, treating me like family.
Unfortunately, there were a few downsides during my stay. The property was in need of maintenance and upgrading, particularly in the common areas, as some security lighting in the corridors was not functioning. Moreover, the breakfast was quite disappointing, lacking in variety and freshness, which took away from the overall experience.

Accommodation is clean and the staff demonstrates exceptional friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. While the in-house dining is enjoyable with tasty English muffins, I experienced persistent issues with the internet connection, and the hard pillows made sleep less comfortable. The shower only had cold water, which was disappointing. however, the area felt secure and the staff was always ready to assist with any concerns.

It was just a smart choice for a weekend jaunt in Nairobi with value for price. The staff made sure I had an early breakfast before my morning flight, which was really appreciated. Bring your own toiletries since the ones provided were minimal.
